Delhi Police have arrested three men and apprehended a juvenile in connection with the fatal stabbing of a 39-year-old man following a dispute over a matchbox.
A 28-year-old man in Delhi surrendered to police after allegedly strangling his wife. An investigation is underway.
"He, during questioning, did not show any remorse about the incident. He was having dinner when our team apprehended him," Deputy Commissioner of Police (northeast) Joy Tirkey said.
Some of the horrifying details of the killing in Janta Mazdoor Colony on Tuesday were captured on CCTV, the 2.23 minute footage also showing the accused threatening those around him.
